The terms “Valhalla Voltage,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website and online store. The terms “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any person who visits, accesses, uses, or purchases through the website.

Valhalla Voltage operates this website and online store, including the related information, content, features, products, tools, and services collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and Services to you.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Services.

By visiting the website, placing an order, creating an account where available, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies incorporated into them, including our:

Privacy Policy;
Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy;
Shipping Policy;
Care & Safety Policy; and
other policies displayed on the website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

By using the Services, you represent that:

you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence; or
you have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

You may not use the Services if doing so would violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

2. ACCOUNT AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Certain features may allow or require you to create an account or provide customer information.

You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete, including:

your name;
billing information;
shipping address;
email address;
phone number, where requested; and
payment information.

You are responsible for reviewing all information before submitting an order.

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:

keeping account credentials confidential;
restricting unauthorized access to your account; and
notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you or unauthorized account activity that was not caused by our failure to use reasonable care, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT

Valhalla Voltage sells print-on-demand apparel and related lifestyle products.

Products are manufactured after an order is placed. We do not normally hold pre-made inventory.

Products may be manufactured, printed, packed, and shipped by independent third-party Print Providers. The provider, facility, production method, shipping origin, and fulfillment location may vary according to:

the product ordered;
product availability;
customer destination;
Print Provider capacity;
quality-control requirements; and
operational circumstances.

By purchasing from Valhalla Voltage, you acknowledge that production normally begins specifically for your order and that cancellation, modification, return, and exchange options may therefore be limited.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND REASONABLE VARIATIONS

We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately.

However, the finished product may vary slightly from website images or mockups because of differences in:

screen and device settings;
garment sizes and colors;
material batches;
manufacturing processes;
print techniques;
Print Providers;
print placement;
lighting; and
reasonable production tolerances.

Minor variations in color, texture, measurement, print placement, print size, or appearance do not automatically constitute a defect.

Product photographs and mockups are intended to provide a reasonable visual representation, but they are not a guarantee of exact color or pixel-for-pixel appearance.

Material differences, incorrect products, significant printing errors, verified defects, and fulfillment mistakes are governed by our Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy.

5. SIZE INFORMATION

Size charts and measurements are provided on applicable apparel product pages.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the relevant size chart before ordering.

Size names may vary between brands, products, and manufacturers. We recommend comparing the listed measurements with a similar garment that already fits well.

Ordering an incorrect size does not normally qualify for a free return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

Verified manufacturing, labeling, or fulfillment errors are handled under our Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy.

6. PRICES AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in United States Dollars.

Prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, shipping rates, and product selections may change without notice.

Changes will not normally affect an order already accepted, except where:

there is an obvious pricing or technical error;
the product cannot be fulfilled;
fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;
the customer requests an approved modification; or
applicable law permits or requires a change.

We reserve the right to:

modify or discontinue products;
limit quantities;
restrict sales to particular locations;
decline orders; and
correct inaccurate product, pricing, or availability information.

Product availability is not guaranteed until the order has been accepted and successfully submitted for fulfillment.

7. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms and the policies displayed at checkout.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not prevent us from reviewing, rejecting, cancelling, or correcting the order where reasonably necessary.

We may reject or cancel an order because of:

suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
payment failure;
product unavailability;
shipping restrictions;
an obvious pricing or listing error;
inaccurate customer information;
inability to fulfill the order;
violation of these Terms; or
other legitimate operational or legal reasons.

If we cancel a paid order that has not been fulfilled, we will issue the appropriate refund for the cancelled item or order.

We may contact you to verify order or payment information before submitting an order for production.

8. PAYMENTS

You represent that:

you are authorized to use the payment method supplied;
the billing information provided is accurate; and
the payment provider is authorized to process the applicable charges.

Payments may be processed by Shopify, PayPal, or other third-party payment providers made available at checkout.

We do not independently control:

payment-provider approval decisions;
bank processing times;
currency-conversion rates;
international transaction charges; or
payment-provider fees imposed directly on the customer.

If payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or identified as potentially fraudulent, we may delay, suspend, or cancel the affected order.

9. TAXES, CUSTOMS, AND IMPORT CHARGES

Taxes may be calculated and collected where required or supported by the store, payment platform, or applicable law.

International orders may also be subject to:

customs duties;
import taxes;
brokerage charges;
carrier fees; or
other government or third-party charges.

Unless expressly shown as included during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Customs authorities and carriers may request additional information from the recipient before releasing a shipment.

10. PRODUCTION, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY

Production and shipping are separate stages.

Production times, shipping estimates, tracking, multiple-package orders, delivery issues, customs processing, address problems, carrier delays, and lost shipments are described in our Shipping Policy.

All production and delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the timeframe represented or otherwise required by applicable law, we may contact the customer with an updated estimate.

Where required by applicable law, the customer will be offered the opportunity to:

accept the delay; or
cancel the affected unshipped item and receive the appropriate refund.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Valhalla Voltage is not responsible for avoidable delivery problems caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Because products are made on demand, production may begin shortly after an order is submitted.

Contact support@valhallavoltage.com immediately to request:

cancellation;
an address correction;
a product change;
a size or color change; or
another order modification.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist if production has not begun.

Requests are not guaranteed.

An order is not considered cancelled or modified until Valhalla Voltage confirms the change in writing.

Once production has begun, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Additional terms are provided in our Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy.

12. REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CLAIMS

All purchases are subject to our Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy.

Because items are made on demand, we do not normally accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

buyer’s remorse;
change of mind;
incorrect size selection;
color or aesthetic preference;
accidental orders after production begins;
minor production variations; or
incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Eligible claims may include verified:

physical damage;
manufacturing defects;
significant printing errors;
incorrect products;
incorrect designs;
incorrect sizes or colors; or
other fulfillment errors.

Claims must be submitted according to the evidence requirements and reporting period described in the Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection or legal remedy.

13. CARE, SAFETY, AND PRODUCT USE

Valhalla Voltage apparel is premium off-duty apparel.

Unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise and provides the relevant certification, our apparel is not:

personal protective equipment;
flame-resistant clothing;
arc-rated clothing;
certified workwear;
electrical protective equipment;
high-visibility safety apparel; or
a substitute for employer-approved protective equipment.

Do not rely on Valhalla Voltage products for protection while performing electrical, utility, construction, industrial, emergency-response, or other hazardous work.

Customers are responsible for:

reading product descriptions;
reviewing warnings;
following care instructions;
using products only for their intended purpose; and
complying with employer, workplace, trade, and legal safety requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including logos, branding, artwork, product designs, graphics, text, photographs, mockups, product names, slogans, layout, and visual elements—are owned by Valhalla Voltage or used with authorization.

Such materials may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may access the website for personal, lawful, and non-commercial use.

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

reproduce website content for commercial purposes;
copy or sell product artwork;
create unauthorized derivative products;
remove ownership or rights notices;
use Valhalla Voltage branding in a misleading manner;
imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement;
scrape or systematically extract protected content; or
use our intellectual property in a manner that violates applicable law.

Nothing on the website grants ownership of, or a license to commercially exploit, Valhalla Voltage intellectual property.

15. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS AND NO AFFILIATION

Third-party trademarks, names, logos, products, or services remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated, Valhalla Voltage is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any:

electric utility;
employer;
labor union;
trade association;
government agency;
training institution;
emergency-response organization; or
equipment manufacturer.

References to linemen, storm crews, utilities, electricity, the grid, and related trades or culture are descriptive and thematic.

16. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK, AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit reviews, comments, photographs, feedback, suggestions, or other content, you represent that:

you have the right to submit it;
it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
it does not infringe another person’s rights;
it does not contain unlawful, malicious, deceptive, or harmful material; and
it does not disclose confidential information without authorization.

You grant Valhalla Voltage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, and use the submitted content for reasonable business, customer-support, website, promotional, and marketing purposes.

This license applies only to the extent necessary for those purposes and is subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws.

We may decline, moderate, or remove submitted content that is:

unlawful;
fraudulent;
abusive;
discriminatory;
defamatory;
infringing;
unrelated;
deceptive;
spam; or
otherwise inappropriate.

We are not required to publish every submission.

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Services may depend on third parties, including:

Shopify;
payment processors;
Print Providers;
fulfillment partners;
shipping carriers;
analytics providers;
marketing tools; and
other service providers.

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, policies, or services that we do not control.

However, nothing in this section removes any responsibility Valhalla Voltage has to the customer under applicable law merely because a third party participates in payment, production, fulfillment, or shipping.

Any sale made through the Valhalla Voltage store is between the customer and Valhalla Voltage, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Shopify is our ecommerce platform provider and is not the seller of Valhalla Voltage products.

18. PRIVACY

Our collection, use, processing, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Shopify and other service providers may independently process information as described in that policy and in their own privacy notices.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers in locations different from your own, subject to applicable law.

19. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the website or Services:

for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
to violate another person’s legal rights;
to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
to submit materially false or misleading information;
to impersonate another person or organization;
to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code;
to interfere with the website’s security or operation;

inaccurate product information;
incorrect prices;
unavailable products;
outdated shipping estimates;
image errors; or
other omissions.

We may correct inaccurate information, update content, or cancel an affected order where reasonably necessary.

If an accepted paid order is cancelled because of our error or inability to fulfill it, we will provide the appropriate refund.

We are not obligated to update every historical statement unless required by law, but we may revise website information at any time.

21. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Access may be interrupted because of:

maintenance;
platform outages;
internet failures;
security incidents;
third-party service failures; or
circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary.

This section does not affect customer rights concerning paid orders already accepted.

22. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and digital Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not promise that:

the website will operate without interruption;
every error will be corrected immediately;
all third-party services will remain available; or
website information will always be completely free from minor errors.

This disclaimer does not:

eliminate express promises made in product descriptions;
remove rights concerning defective or nonconforming goods;
exclude warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded;
excuse fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence; or
override mandatory consumer-protection law.

Physical products remain subject to the descriptions, policies, and legal rights applicable to the transaction.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Valhalla Voltage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and did not result from our breach of a legal obligation.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability arising from a particular product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including where applicable law protects claims involving:

fraud or intentional misconduct;
gross negligence;
death or personal injury;
defective products;
statutory consumer rights; or
another non-waivable legal obligation.

Nothing in these Terms requires a customer to waive a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow the customer to waive.

24. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

You are responsible for losses or claims directly caused by your:

unlawful use of the Services;
infringement of another person’s rights;
fraudulent activity;
unauthorized commercial use of our content; or
material breach of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to compensate Valhalla Voltage for reasonable, documented losses arising directly from such conduct.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify Valhalla Voltage for:

Valhalla Voltage’s own negligence;
defective products;
breach of contract by Valhalla Voltage;
misconduct by Valhalla Voltage or its service providers; or
liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to transfer to the customer.

25. INTERNATIONAL USE

The Services may be accessed from different jurisdictions.

Customers are responsible for complying with laws that apply to their own use of the website and possession or use of the products.

Valhalla Voltage is responsible for complying with legal obligations applicable to it as the seller.

The availability of the website in a particular location does not represent that every product or feature is lawful, available, or appropriate in every jurisdiction.

We may limit sales or shipping destinations when reasonably necessary for legal, logistical, or operational reasons.

26. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws that validly apply to Valhalla Voltage, the transaction, and the customer.

No provision in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws of the consumer’s jurisdiction.

Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact:

We will make a reasonable effort to review and resolve the issue in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court, consumer-protection authority, payment-dispute process, or other forum that has lawful jurisdiction over the matter.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive a right to a jury trial, or prohibit participation in a class or collective proceeding where such rights are available under applicable law.

27. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary because of:

violation of these Terms;
fraudulent or unlawful activity;
threats to website security;
abuse of staff, customers, or systems; or
legal or regulatory requirements.

Termination does not affect:

obligations arising before termination;
valid customer claims;
payment obligations;
intellectual-property rights;
privacy obligations; or
provisions that reasonably must continue after termination.

28. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

the Services;
business operations;
legal requirements;
Shopify or third-party systems;
products; or
store policies.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.

Material changes will not retroactively remove rights concerning an order already placed.

Continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for future use.

29. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

30. NO WAIVER

If Valhalla Voltage does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only when clearly communicated by Valhalla Voltage.

31. ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer rights or obligations under these Terms where doing so would materially affect the order or Services without our consent.

Valhalla Voltage may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a legitimate business reorganization, sale, succession, or service arrangement, provided that the transfer does not unlawfully reduce the customer’s rights.

32. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference and the information displayed during checkout, form the agreement governing use of the Services and purchases from Valhalla Voltage.

If there is a conflict:

the Privacy Policy controls regarding personal-information processing;
the Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy controls regarding returns, claims, cancellations, and refunds;
the Shipping Policy controls regarding production, shipment, delivery, and tracking; and
mandatory applicable law controls over any conflicting contractual provision.
