Valhalla Voltage products are designed as off-duty apparel and lifestyle goods.

Our apparel is not flame-resistant, arc-rated, certified workwear, or personal protective equipment. Always follow your employer’s safety requirements and use properly selected and certified protective equipment when required.

Product-specific descriptions, labels, packaging, instructions, and warnings form part of this policy. Where product-specific instructions differ from the general guidance below, follow the instructions provided for that product.

1. APPAREL INTENDED USE

Valhalla Voltage hoodies, sweatshirts, shirts, and other apparel are intended for casual, personal, and off-duty use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page and supported by appropriate certification, our apparel is not designed, tested, certified, or marketed as:

personal protective equipment;
flame-resistant clothing;
arc-rated clothing;
electrical protective clothing;
high-visibility safety apparel;
protective workwear;
jobsite safety equipment; or
a substitute for employer-approved protective equipment.

Do not rely on Valhalla Voltage apparel for protection against workplace, electrical, mechanical, thermal, chemical, fire, visibility, or impact hazards.

2. FLAME, HEAT, AND ELECTRICAL HAZARDS

Apparel may contain cotton, polyester, fleece, synthetic fibers, or blended materials.

These materials may ignite, continue burning, melt, or otherwise provide inadequate protection when exposed to flame, extreme heat, sparks, molten material, or an electric arc.

Do not rely on Valhalla Voltage apparel for protection in environments involving:

open flames;
welding or cutting operations;
sparks or molten material;
extreme heat;
hot machinery;
electrical arcs;
energized electrical equipment; or
any activity requiring flame-resistant, arc-rated, or certified protective clothing.

Keep garments a safe distance from open flames, heaters, stoves, candles, welding equipment, and other heat or ignition sources.

3. MACHINERY AND ENTANGLEMENT

Loose clothing, oversized garments, hoods, sleeves, cords, and drawstrings may become caught in machinery, tools, vehicles, or moving equipment.

Do not wear loose apparel where fabric, cords, or drawstrings could contact:

rotating machinery;
conveyor systems;
powered tools;
moving vehicle components;
lifting equipment; or
other mechanical hazards.

Secure or remove loose items when appropriate and follow all workplace and equipment-specific safety procedures.

4. HOOD VISIBILITY AND HEARING

Wearing a hood may reduce peripheral vision, restrict head movement, or muffle surrounding sounds.

Use caution when wearing hooded apparel near:

traffic;
moving vehicles;
machinery;
stairs or elevated areas;
crowded environments; or
any situation requiring full visual and auditory awareness.

Do not allow a hood or garment to interfere with required protective equipment, communication equipment, or workplace visibility.

5. APPAREL CARE

Follow the instructions shown on the product page, garment label, or packaging.

Unless different instructions are provided for the specific garment, general care guidance for printed apparel may include:

machine wash cold;
wash inside out;
use mild detergent;
wash with similar colors;
do not bleach;
tumble dry on low heat or air dry;
do not iron directly over printed areas; and
do not dry clean unless the garment label permits it.

Improper washing, drying, ironing, stretching, abrasion, or chemical exposure may damage the garment or print.

Normal wear, fading, shrinkage, or deterioration caused by use or care that conflicts with the supplied instructions is not necessarily a manufacturing defect.

6. DRINKWARE, MUGS, BOTTLES, AND TUMBLERS

Follow all product-specific care and safety instructions provided on the product page, packaging, or product itself.

When using drinkware:

inspect it before use;
do not use it if it is cracked, broken, sharply damaged, or otherwise unsafe;
use caution with hot beverages;
test the beverage temperature before drinking;
avoid overfilling;
secure lids and accessories correctly;
keep hot drinks away from children unless appropriately supervised; and
do not assume a lid is spill-proof or leak-proof unless the product description expressly states that it is.

Never place metal or stainless-steel drinkware in a microwave.

Dishwasher, freezer, microwave, and heat compatibility vary by product. Follow the specific instructions for the item rather than assuming that every product is suitable for those uses.

Take care when using straws, lids, handles, and other removable components. Small or detachable components may not be appropriate for unsupervised use by young children.

7. WALL ART, FLAGS, POSTERS, AND DECORATIVE PRODUCTS

Wall art, flags, posters, banners, and decorative products should be used only in the locations and conditions stated on the applicable product page.

Do not assume that a product is suitable for outdoor exposure unless it is expressly described as suitable for outdoor use.

Keep decorative products away from:

open flames;
candles;
heaters;
stoves;
sparks;
excessive moisture;
electrical hazards; and
other conditions that may damage the product or create a safety risk.

Do not install decorations where they could obstruct:

exits;
walkways;
alarms;
fire sprinklers;
ventilation;
electrical panels;
safety signs;
machinery; or
visibility.

Use mounting hardware appropriate for the surface, product dimensions, and product weight. Inspect mounted products periodically and discontinue use if the mounting becomes loose or unsafe.

8. STICKERS AND ADHESIVE PRODUCTS

Stickers and adhesive products are decorative items.

Do not apply stickers where they could:

cover safety warnings, labels, instructions, or identification numbers;
obstruct visibility;
interfere with controls, sensors, ventilation, or moving parts;
create a slipping, tripping, electrical, or mechanical hazard; or
damage a surface that is not suitable for adhesives.

Do not apply stickers to protective equipment, safety equipment, hard hats, electrical equipment, vehicles, or workplace equipment unless the manufacturer or responsible authority permits it.

Adhesive performance and removability depend on the surface, temperature, moisture, age, and environmental conditions. Test an inconspicuous area before applying a sticker to a sensitive surface.

9. PRINT-ON-DEMAND VARIATIONS

Valhalla Voltage products are made on demand by independent third-party Print Providers.

Minor variations may occur in:

print placement;
print dimensions;
color tone;
garment measurements;
material texture;
finish; or
appearance between production batches.

Reasonable production variations do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.

Significant printing errors, incorrect products, physical damage, or other verified manufacturing or fulfillment problems are handled under our Refund, Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy.
